When additional upgrading is ordered they keep us informed as to the time frame to fit and install. When issues arise, a phone call (promptly answered!) will nearly always sort the problem or answer the question. They leave the site clean and tidy after themselves and also give clear instructions on how the system can be best operated – excellent!
